About us
We are a New Mobile Pizzeria (founded in 2021) that offers world famous New Haven Style Pizza, fresh out of our handmade Brick Oven. Two of the three partners were born and raised in New Haven County and yearned for that wonderful delicious pizza they grew up with. So they decided to bring “Apizza” to their new hometown (Denver, Colorado) for others to enjoy.
What is New Haven Style Pizza?
It's traditional Neapolitan style Pizza, that has a Crunchy crust with a bit of chew with Homemade Natural Sauce, with just enough Mozz (Mozzarella Cheese).
Thin crust. Wood Fired. Pizza.
